Capital Formation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing capital formation and investor relations team, the remote Capital Formation Specialist will cultivate relationships with accredited investors, family offices, and VCs, presenting investment opportunities and closing deals in a flexible, paid role.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and expand professional networks to connect with accredited investors and family offices
• Book qualified investor conversations and maintain ongoing relationships through effective follow-up
• Support fundraising campaigns and manage investor communications and CRM activity

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in investor relations, capital formation, or fundraising
• Existing professional network that includes accredited investors and/or family offices in North America
• Strong communication skills and comfort in asking for introductions
• Self-directed and reliable, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Ability to maintain organized follow-up and CRM activity
