Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Market Workforce Team Member-BPS.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand buy side asset management operations and assist in developing business cases for digital transformation projects
• Collaborate with business users to create strategies for digital developments, setting clear objectives and timelines
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and assist in the analysis and design of key user journeys during implementation

Required Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of buy side asset management operations
• Hands-on experience with digital transformation systems and collaboration with business and technology teams
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance policies
• Experience in client business areas such as Fintech, Asset Management, and trading of equities and fixed income instruments
• Proficiency in technologies such as Java, Springboot, Angular, and Oracle databases
