Capital Markets Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Markets Analyst responsible for sourcing and executing third-party capital financing for solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of third-party capital financing, including construction debt and tax equity financing
• Maintain relationships with investors through presentations and diligence requests
• Coordinate with Legal and Structuring departments to ensure accuracy in project data rooms and materials

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in clean tech, energy, or related sectors; solar experience is desirable
• 1-3 years of relevant Investment Banking experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field required
• Robust financial modeling skills
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S
