Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Markets Analyst to support financial operations in real estate lending and investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support loan funding and sale operations to ensure smooth capital markets execution
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date collateral and settlement documentation
• Assist in the full life cycle of loan sales, including executing rate locks and preparing settlement statements

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage operations and/or finance within a real estate environment
• Prior experience working in a Salesforce environment
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe
• Knowledge of real estate and/or post-closing
