Capital Markets Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the development and execution of capital markets strategies, the full-time Capital Markets Analyst will assist in structuring transactions, conducting financial modeling, and engaging with investors, while collaborating with various internal teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in structuring and executing capital raising activities, including securitizations and warehouse facilities
• Support the development and maintenance of financial and cash flow models to evaluate funding structures and returns
• Prepare investor materials and participate in discussions with investors, banks, and rating agencies

Required qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of experience in finance, capital markets, investment banking, or related analytical roles
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in Excel-based financial analysis and modeling
• Demonstrated interest in capital markets or structured finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
