Capital Markets Analyst
Job Summary
Assisting in the development and execution of strategic transactions, the full-time remote Capital Markets Analyst will support the Capital Markets Whole Loan Trading platform and manage day-to-day operations while collaborating with investment partners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in building and leading the Capital Markets Whole Loan Trading platform and manage the Secondary Whole Loan Trading business
- Evaluate, structure, and execute potential new Capital Markets structured finance transactions, including securitization and whole loan sales
- Prepare investor due diligence information and maintain investor reporting requirements and dashboards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
- 0 - 2 years of experience in Whole Loan Acquisitions, Debt Capital Markets, or Structured Finance
- Working towards an MBA or CFA is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills to articulate investment merits to potential capital partners
- Recent college graduates will be considered
