Capital Markets Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Markets Associate to support funding strategies and investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of capital markets transactions, including equity and debt issuance
• Prepare investor reports and compliance documentation, and assist with investor requests
• Conduct market research and analyze funding opportunities to optimize liquidity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering, Math, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in finance, treasury, or capital markets (internship experience acceptable)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Familiarity with financial modeling and basic understanding of debt instruments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems is a plus
