Capital Markets Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Markets Associate to support funding strategies and investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of capital markets transactions including debt issuance and equity activities
• Prepare investor reporting packages and compliance documentation
• Conduct market analysis to evaluate funding opportunities and support liquidity strategy

Required Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Applied Math, or a related analytical field, or a Bachelor's degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• 2 to 3 years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, investment banking, or a related function
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel
• Experience building and maintaining financial models for funding decisions
• Understanding of debt instruments and capital structures
