Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Markets Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structuring and execution of capital raising activities, including securitizations and warehouse facilities
• Develop advanced financial and cash flow models to evaluate funding structures and returns
• Prepare investor materials and engage in discussions with investors, banks, and rating agencies

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Experience in structured finance transactions
• Understanding of capital markets and securitization concepts
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
