Capital Markets Associate

Job Summary

To source and structure institutional borrow demand, the full-time remote Capital Markets Associate will manage relationships with institutional counterparties, negotiate credit terms, and operationalize on-chain borrow products.

Key responsibilities

• Originate institutional borrow demand across various lending and liquidity products
• Build and maintain a borrower pipeline across three key segments
• Structure and close term sheets while ensuring long-term relationship management

Required qualifications

• 2-6 years in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, or Capital Markets at a leading sell-side institution
• Direct experience with financing transactions and capital-markets products
• Strong grounding in credit and leveraged finance concepts
• Experience managing institutional client relationships
• Exposure to transaction execution processes, including term-sheet negotiation and deal closing
