Job Summary

Supporting transaction execution and portfolio onboarding, the full-time remote Capital Markets Associate will manage onboarding workstreams, conduct pricing analysis, and prepare investor-facing materials within a growing renewable energy platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support capital markets and transaction workstreams related to new portfolio opportunities and refinancing initiatives
• Manage onboarding workstreams for newly awarded or acquired portfolios, ensuring timely coordination and deliverables
• Prepare investor- and executive-facing materials, including pricing proposals and portfolio update presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, structured finance, transaction advisory, or a similarly analytical role
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience preparing materials for investors and executives, including diligence and pricing content
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams effectively
