Job Summary

A financial services company is looking for a Capital Markets Associate.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Capital Markets strategy for residential lending business growth
Negotiate legal agreements for structured finance transactions
Support onboarding of investors and securitization deals, and provide analysis on collateral performance

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, business administration, engineering or related field
2+ years experience in structured finance, investment banking, or relevant capital markets role
Understanding of consumer lending and credit underwriting
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel
Experience with SQL or Python is a plus
