Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Markets Internal Audit Principal to lead and oversee internal audit coverage for its Treasury and Capital Markets division.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a risk-based audit plan for treasury and capital markets activities
• Conduct continuous risk monitoring and maintain an up-to-date risk profile for the division
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders, regulators, and external auditors

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in internal audit or risk management within financial services
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CIA, CFA)
• Deep understanding of trading products, market risk, credit risk, and operational risk
• Prior experience leading audit planning, execution, and reporting
