Capital Markets Client Service Associate

Job Summary

Supporting capital markets clients during the overnight shift, the full-time Capital Markets Client Service Associate will serve as the primary contact and project coordinator for complex financial document workflows, ensuring accurate and timely delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for corporate issuers, legal counsel, and investment banking teams
• Manage financial print and disclosure projects from initial request through final delivery, including EDGAR filing support
• Review client instructions, monitor project status, and proactively share updates while troubleshooting client issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Three to five years of experience in client service, project coordination, or a similar deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Experience with complex, time-sensitive documents and sound judgment under pressure
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced production environment
