Job Summary

Working remotely during the overnight shift, the full-time Capital Markets Client Service Associate will serve as the primary client contact and project coordinator for complex financial document workflows, managing projects from intake through delivery while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for corporate issuers, legal counsel, and investment banking teams
• Manage financial print and disclosure projects, ensuring accurate composition, proofing, and delivery
• Monitor project status, identify risks, and provide updates to clients while maintaining compliance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
• Three to five years of experience in client service, project coordination, or financial services
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Experience working with complex, time-sensitive documents
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
