Capital Markets Lead

Job Summary

To architect and lead structured finance strategies, the full-time remote Capital Markets Lead will design and execute non-dilutive capital programs, manage relationships with financial institutions, and oversee debt facilities to align with the company's long-term growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the structured finance and debt capital strategy, ensuring alignment with operational plans
• Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of various financing facilities, including asset-backed and project financings
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, private credit funds, and other strategic capital providers

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in structured finance, capital markets, or related fields, with significant in-house experience
• Proven track record in leading complex asset-backed and structured debt financings
• Strong financial modeling skills, including cash flow projections and capital structure analysis
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced credentials such as MBA or CFA preferred
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
