Capital Markets Lead

Job Summary

Leading the structured finance strategy, the full-time Capital Markets Lead will design and execute non-dilutive capital programs while managing relationships with financial institutions and overseeing debt facilities in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the structured finance and debt capital strategy, aligning it with operational plans and customer contracts
• Lead origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of various asset-backed financing solutions
• Build and manage relationships with banks, private credit funds, and other strategic capital providers

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in structured finance, capital markets, or private credit, with in-house experience at an operating company
• Proven track record of leading complex asset-backed and structured debt financings
• Experience in financing capital-intensive asset classes, particularly in data centers or infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced credentials such as MBA or CFA preferred
• Strong financial modeling skills and deep understanding of debt covenants and borrowing base mechanics
