Job Summary
A company is looking for a Capital Markets Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of asset-backed securitizations, debt financings, and loan sale transactions
- Participation in funding plans development and new funding channels
- Performing cash flow modeling, deal structuring, and scenario analysis for capital planning
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years experience in capital markets, investment banking, or investment management (or Master's degree)
- Experience managing securitizations and warehouse facilities
- Proven track record of managing deal flow and third-party relationships
- Highly experienced with Excel; Bloomberg experience a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
