Capital Markets Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the operational quarterback for institutional capital partners, the full-time remote Capital Markets Manager will coordinate investor communications, manage reporting, and analyze partner performance while ensuring operational excellence across the capital markets platform.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing loan sales, pricing, and trade registration while managing investor reporting packages and performance updates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional loan buyers, ensuring exceptional service and proactive communication
• Lead onboarding of new institutional investors and manage project plans for new investor launches across multiple departments

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in financial services, specialty finance, or lending, with exposure to warehouse lending or capital partner relationships
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage concurrent, cross-functional workstreams
• Strong working knowledge of lending operations, underwriting, servicing, or compliance
• High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills, capable of handling difficult conversations professionally
• Experience with deliverable or SLA tracking tools, such as project management software
