Capital Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the funding operations of Affirm's loan portfolio, the remote Capital Operations Analyst will manage capital and funding operations, enhance operational reporting, and oversee cash flow movements while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support all capital and funding operations and interface with internal partners and external capital partners
• Build, automate, and enhance operational reporting, reconciliations, and monitoring for improved accuracy and efficiency
• Manage ongoing internal and external audits for funding facilities, including data validation and coordination across stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Treasury, capital markets, or investment operations, preferably in financial services or Fintech
• BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
• Understanding of loan life cycle, asset-backed financing, and liquidity management
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or workflow automation tools is a strong plus
