Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Project Planning Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and advise on analytics
• Conduct data entry, management, analysis, and develop financial models
• Generate business intelligence reporting and participate in client meetings

Required Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in statistics, data analytics, computer science, or related field with 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to create complex formulas and maintain financial models
• Experience with dynamic dashboards and large datasets
• Familiarity with real estate enterprise management and advanced use of Smartsheet
• Understanding of data integration and analysis concepts
