Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Planning Analyst responsible for driving the capital planning process across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of multi-year capital plans, including forecasting and budget alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and validate capital needs
• Analyze capital investment scenarios to support decision-making and track capital plan performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital planning, financial analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and data modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SharePoint; experience with capital planning systems is a plus
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
