Capital Planning Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting executive leadership in strategic initiatives, the full-time Remote Capital Planning Analyst will develop data-driven business cases, conduct financial analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance and member outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of business cases for strategic initiatives and capital requests, quantifying financial and non-financial benefits
- Support annual capital planning processes and maintain documentation for capital projects and investment tracking
- Analyze market trends and conduct research to identify opportunities for operational and strategic improvement
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or healthcare finance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field
- Experience developing business cases and financial models, along with executive presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings effectively
