Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Capital Planning Control Lead will manage IT investment compliance for the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement, ensuring adherence to federal reporting requirements and collaborating with various stakeholders on program performance and risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist federal staff in preparing and submitting the Agency IT Portfolio summary and details for OCSE's IT investments
- Support compliance with CPIC processes by monitoring portfolio activities and providing performance metrics and reporting
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and maintain templates and processes for CPIC deliverables and governance activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Federal IT Portfolio reporting and CPIC processes
- Familiarity with OMB Capital Planning guidance and federal IT investment oversight
- Experience supporting federal program managers and governance boards
- Strong leadership and coordination skills in a remote environment
- Experience preparing executive-level briefings and status reports
