Capital Planning Manager

Job Summary

To support effective capital project management, the full-time remote Capital Planning Manager will implement day-to-day processes, tools, and technology, while collaborating with stakeholders to develop and report on various project types, including interior finish outs and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the transformation of strategic initiatives into actionable projects and develop project scope and pricing
• Serve as the central intake point for all projects and ensure the accuracy of monthly financial reports and presentations
• Foster collaboration among clients, account teams, and facility partners to drive continuous improvement and exceed performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in capital planning or project management
• Strong financial analysis and cost estimating skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with project management tools, such as Smartsheet
• Demonstrated leadership in driving innovation and best practices in capital planning
