Capital Planning Manager

Job Summary

Managing the tactical delivery of capital planning services, the full-time remote Capital Planning Manager will oversee multi-year real estate capital plans, analyze client datasets for efficiency, and establish partnerships with clients to enhance their capital management processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the development and execution of multi-year capital plans while advising clients on performance and utilization
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cost savings and project bundling across various workstreams
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to review project submissions and ensure alignment with capital planning goals

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of experience in real estate and construction program/process management
• Expert understanding of building systems (MEPFS and architectural)
• Proven ability to develop project charters, including scope, schedules, and budgets
• Demonstrated understanding of real estate and construction finance principles
