Capital Projects Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional projects, the full-time remote Capital Projects Manager will oversee department initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure effective project management from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage department initiatives and strategic projects from planning through implementation
• Monitor project progress and performance using tools such as dashboards and reports
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps, streamline workflows, and improve business processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field preferred; graduate degree is a plus
• 5+ years of work experience in Consulting or Project Management related to IT, Operations, Finance, Accounting, or similar roles
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale process improvement initiatives
• Excellent project management and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making
