Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Projects Manager to oversee manufacturing process improvement projects in the Midwest region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, development, and execution of capital improvement projects
• Oversee project schedules, costs, and compliance with safety and quality standards
• Facilitate communication and provide technical assistance to plant management and engineering staff

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies
• Experience in quality control/maintenance in a manufacturing setting
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and project management software
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
