Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, development, and execution of capital improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies
• Experience in quality control and maintenance in a manufacturing setting
• Competency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools
• Ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
