Capital Services Manager

Job Summary

Managing the strategy and processes for capital equipment and projects, the full-time Capital Services Manager will develop sourcing plans and collaborate with stakeholders to create an equipment master plan in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the system expert in capital, FF&E, and capital project management
• Develop capital and minor equipment sourcing plans for hospital and clinic settings
• Collaborate with stakeholders and finance to create an equipment master plan addressing clinical priorities and budgets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, administration, construction, or related field
• CMRP and PMP certifications preferred
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in procuring and sourcing equipment in a healthcare setting
• Minimum three years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience in an IDN healthcare setting preferred
