Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Capital Servicing Specialist will assist clients with inquiries about Toast Capital products, troubleshoot issues, and manage customer relationships to convert potential clients into customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels including calls, emails, and chat
  • Become an expert on Capital products and processes to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Detect and report suspicious activities while meeting production and compliance goals
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in call center, loan servicing, or collections within financial services
  • Ability to manage high-volume tasks under pressure with strong attention to detail
  • Experience navigating complex customer issues while ensuring compliance with program requirements
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing policies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
