• Manage and lead a team of two accountants, providing training and mentorship
• Ensure compliance with NAIC industry regulations and oversee financial statement preparation
• Conduct month-end close processes and maintain accurate financial records

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the captive insurance accounting industry
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Degree in Accounting
• Experience with NAIC Reporting and GAIN
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance documentation
