Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert on complex captive and alternative funding cases
• Equip producers with concise talk tracks and executive-friendly explanations of risk and funding mechanics
• Support regional sales leaders in positioning captive solutions competitively and effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Deep experience in self-funding, group captives, and employer funding models
• Background in national brokerage platforms or high growth consulting environments
• Proven ability to partner with frontline producers and guide complex deals
• Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver accurate proposals
• High commercial acumen and strong relationship building skills
