Capture Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Analyst to support strategic business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support active capture efforts through coordination, tracking, documentation, and follow-through across multiple workstreams
• Conduct market, agency, and competitive intelligence research to aid in opportunity identification and preparation
• Maintain pipeline and capture documentation, workflows, and opportunity data within CRM platforms

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in capture, business development, proposal operations, or related functions
• Exposure to federal and/or state government contracting environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate opportunity data
• Practical experience using AI tools to support research and analysis
