Capture Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Growth Department in a fully remote capacity, the Capture Analyst will manage administrative tasks, conduct opportunity research, and assist in competitive intelligence to enhance capture management efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage department calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain efficient filing systems for documentation
• Assist in monitoring government procurement websites to identify potential opportunities and gather customer requirements
• Support the development of capture plans and documentation while compiling information for bid/no-bid decision meetings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in government contracting
• Demonstrated success in contributing to winning government proposals
• Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, including FAR/DFAR regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
