Job Summary
To support a growing national security portfolio, the full-time Capture and Close Manager will develop and execute capture strategies, manage pricing and deal closure, and oversee proposal execution to convert federal opportunities into winnable bids and executable contracts, with the option for remote work within the continental U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute capture plans for priority federal opportunities, collaborating with growth leaders and customer-facing teams
- Shape pricing strategies and lead the transition from capture to award, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders
- Partner with proposal management to ensure compliance and strategic alignment in proposals, while building a repeatable capture and close process
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in capture management, contracts, proposal strategy, or business development within defense, aerospace, or national security markets
- Proven experience leading full-lifecycle federal pursuits from capture through award
- Strong understanding of DoD and federal acquisition pathways, including familiarity with FAR/DFARS and related vehicles
- Experience in building win themes, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling pursuit strategies and value propositions
