Capture and Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Treatment Technologies team, the full-time Capture and Proposal Specialist will manage proposal development and coordination, as well as capture and business development activities, while working remotely with occasional travel for team meetings and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, review, and submission of proposals, qualifications, and related materials
• Monitor bid portals and track opportunities, assisting in capture planning and pipeline management
• Support automation and process improvement efforts, enhancing proposal workflows and content libraries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in proposal coordination or business development
• Direct experience with competitive RFPs, RFQs, and public-sector procurements
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or project management systems
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools is a plus
