Job Summary

Supporting the Business Development team, the part-time Capture Consultant will shape requirements and execute capture plans to secure new business opportunities with the U.S. Government while collaborating on CEO-driven projects focused on corporate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement capture strategies to increase win probability for new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance solution development and teaming strategies
• Assist in corporate growth initiatives and productivity projects as directed by the CEO

Required qualifications

• Master's degree
• 5+ years of Capture or Business Development experience
• 2+ years of Government relations experience
• Proven experience in capture management and business development
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
