Capture Director

Job Summary

Leading gameplay capture efforts for major Call of Duty projects, the full-time remote Capture Director will manage a team of technicians and artists to produce cinematic marketing content while collaborating with creative and technical teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a team to produce premium in-game footage for trailers and campaigns
• Develop strategic capture plans and shot lists aligned with marketing goals
• Manage gameplay capture sessions and troubleshoot hardware and software issues as needed

Required qualifications:

• Recent experience capturing gameplay for Call of Duty titles
• Proven track record of leading capture teams and directing capture artists
• Strong skills in visual storytelling, cinematography, and camera control
• Experience working within AAA game environments and knowledge of post-production workflows
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere
