Capture Director

Job Summary

Leading gameplay capture efforts for major Call of Duty projects, the full-time contract Capture Director will manage a team of technicians and artists to produce cinematic marketing content while collaborating with creative and technical teams in a 100% remote role.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a team to produce premium in-game footage for trailers and campaigns
• Develop shot lists and strategic capture plans aligned with marketing goals
• Create cinematic gameplay footage utilizing expertise in composition, lighting, and storytelling

Required qualifications:

• Recent experience capturing gameplay for Call of Duty titles
• Proven track record of leading capture teams and directing capture artists
• Strong skills in visual storytelling and cinematography
• Experience within AAA game environments and knowledge of capture and editing workflows
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere
