Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Manager to enhance win probability for federal opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead capture strategy from qualification to proposal submission, including development of capture plans and tailored solutions
• Facilitate collaboration among teams and manage multiple capture efforts to ensure progress toward milestones
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform positioning and execute tactical capture initiatives

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance
• B.S./B.A. degree required
• 4-5 years of experience in federal capture management or related roles
• Experience managing capture efforts for contracts valued at $50M-$100M+
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and experience with market research tools
