Capture Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Manager to lead the acquisition process for complex and strategic business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the capture functions to win assigned opportunities within DoD, DHS, and DISA
• Develop and implement capture plans, including team identification and proposal strategy execution
• Conduct analysis of competitors and prepare recommendations for the leadership team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, government, or information technology (or 4 additional years of relevant experience)
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in capturing and closing DoD, DHS, and DISA business
• Experience in closing single-award deals over $10M+ annually
• Established relationships with domestic customers and knowledge of US government procurement practices
• Thorough knowledge of the business development lifecycle and the Shipley method
