Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Manager to join their Defense Solutions Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capture management plans and strategies for programs
• Conduct various analyses including requirements, competitive, and price to win analysis
• Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee proposal development for DoD and federal contracts

Required Qualifications

• 8 plus years of experience within the DoD industry
• Previous experience in Capture Management and developing Capture Plans
• Leadership experience
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• US citizenship required
