Capture Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Manager to oversee capture operations and support business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide capture activities in collaboration with various stakeholders to develop bids and proposals
• Translate win strategies into comprehensive capture plans, including competitive analysis and customer engagement
• Establish and maintain procedures for capture governance and support the development of key business processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 5+ years of business development and/or capture management experience
• Proven track record of producing high-quality, winning proposals
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence diverse teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects in high-stress environments
• Experience with federal government solicitations and capture management processes
