Capture Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Manager responsible for leading end-to-end capture activities for federal government software and technology opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead capture efforts from opportunity qualification through proposal submission and award
• Develop and execute capture plans, including win themes and competitive assessments
• Build and maintain relationships with federal customers and monitor acquisition forecasts

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of experience in U.S. federal government contracting (GovCon)
• Demonstrated capture leadership experience for software or IT opportunities
• Proven record of supporting or leading captures resulting in competitive contract awards
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and contract types
• Experience working with proposal teams and pricing models
