Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Manager to identify, capture, and win business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare pricing responses for competitive service contracts ranging from $4M to $100M or higher
• Develop capture strategies, build teams, and coordinate documentation for proposal activities
• Manage capture and pursuit activities while supporting proposal submissions and conducting reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience as a capture manager or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in developing and growing business opportunities
• Experience managing deals ranging from $4M to $100M or higher
• Understanding of federal market trends and regulatory constraints
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
