Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Manager to identify and pursue federal government contract opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new federal contracting opportunities through market research and agency engagement
Lead capture efforts for strategic opportunities, ensuring strong win themes and capture plans are established
Cultivate and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Political Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of federal government business development and/or capture management experience
Proven success in winning federal contracts in the $5M-$100M+ range
Strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and federal procurement cycles
Experience with GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, and CRM tools like Salesforce
