Capture Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Manager to support and execute federal pursuits across government contract vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and increase the probability of win for contracting opportunities throughout the acquisition lifecycle
• Execute capture plans for pre-qualified pursuits and conduct research and analysis to strengthen positioning
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape compliant responses and maintain documentation across the capture lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
• 2-4 years of direct capture management or federal capture support experience
• Experience supporting federal health agencies preferred
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle and related processes
• Familiarity with federal health IT domains such as application modernization and cloud migration
