Capture Manager

Job Summary

Supporting federal pursuits across government contract vehicles, the full-time Capture Manager will manage opportunities throughout the acquisition lifecycle, implement structured capture strategies, and collaborate with various teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and increase the probability of win for contracting opportunities, overseeing the full lifecycle across various contract vehicles
• Execute capture plans for pre-qualified pursuits, ensuring alignment with win strategy and customer priorities
• Conduct research and opportunity analysis to strengthen positioning and maintain disciplined documentation across the capture lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
• 4-5 years of direct, hands-on full cycle capture management or federal capture support experience
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions
• Experience supporting VA, HHS, CMS, NIH, FDA, CDC, or other health agencies preferred
• Familiarity with federal health IT domains such as application modernization, cloud migration, and data analytics
