Capture Manager

Job Summary

To support and execute federal pursuits, the full-time Capture Manager will manage the acquisition lifecycle, implement capture strategies, and collaborate with various teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and increase the probability of winning contracting opportunities across various contract vehicles
• Execute capture plans for pre-qualified pursuits, ensuring alignment with win strategies and customer priorities
• Conduct research and opportunity analysis to strengthen positioning and maintain accurate documentation across the capture lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
• 2-4 years of direct capture management or federal capture support experience
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle and related contract types
• Experience with federal health IT domains such as application modernization or cloud migration
• Proficiency with Salesforce, GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office tools
